1 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and nunstar ("nunstar," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the nunstar online gaming platform, including all games, services, features, content, and functionality made available through the nunstar website and any associated mobile-optimized interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").
By accessing the nunstar Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by nunstar, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with nunstar's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

2 Eligibility
Access to and use of the nunstar Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout your use of the Platform:
- Age Requirement: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. nunstar strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. Providing false information regarding your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.
- Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted under applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the nunstar Platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your location.
- Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incompetent or who are under guardianship are not permitted to register or use the Platform.
- Single Account: You may hold only one (1) registered account on nunstar. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts.
- Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, voluntary or otherwise, that restricts your participation in online gaming activities.
- Not an Employee: Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of nunstar and its affiliated entities are not permitted to participate in real-money gaming on the Platform.
Age Verification: nunstar reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts that cannot be verified may be suspended pending the submission of satisfactory documentation.
3 Account Registration
To access real-money gaming features on nunstar, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your nunstar account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. nunstar will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

nunstar implements Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed or at any other time deemed necessary by nunstar's compliance team.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
nunstar supports deposits and withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) through a range of locally supported payment methods, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in PHP unless otherwise specified. nunstar does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which nunstar bears no responsibility.
- Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your nunstar account wallet section.
- Deposits are generally credited to your nunstar wallet within minutes of a successful transaction confirmation from your payment provider.
- Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be subject to processing times as communicated within the Platform.
- nunstar reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending the completion of KYC verification or where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity.
- Funds deposited into your nunstar account may only be used for gaming purposes on the Platform. nunstar accounts are not bank accounts and do not accrue interest.
- In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect credit to your account, nunstar reserves the right to reverse such a credit at any time, regardless of whether funds have been wagered.
Anti-Money Laundering: nunstar is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. nunstar may report suspicious transactions to relevant Philippine authorities as required by law.
5 Bonuses & Promotions
nunstar offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotional terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
- Bonuses are credited to your nunstar account in accordance with the terms of the applicable promotion and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash.
- Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts associated with each bonus are specified in the individual promotion terms.
- nunstar reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account will be honored subject to the applicable wagering requirements.
- Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
- nunstar reserves the right to withhold bonus winnings where it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or the exploitation of technical errors.
- Players who have opted out of marketing communications may not receive notification of certain promotional offers but remain eligible to claim publicly available promotions.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play
All games available on the nunstar Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms. In the event of a discrepancy between the game rules and these Terms, the game rules shall prevail with respect to the specific game.
nunstar uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology across all applicable game types to ensure that game outcomes are random, fair, and not subject to manipulation by nunstar or any third party. RNG systems are independently tested and certified by recognized testing laboratories.
- Live dealer games are conducted by trained human dealers in real time and are subject to the rules displayed within the live game interface.
- In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the game will be resolved according to the outcome determined by the game server at the time of disconnection. nunstar is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the player's side.
- Bets placed and accepted by the nunstar system are final and cannot be reversed once a game round has commenced, except where a technical malfunction is confirmed by nunstar.
- nunstar reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical malfunction, software error, or human error has materially affected the outcome.

7 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the nunstar Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
- Registering more than one account on the Platform, whether under your own identity or using false or third-party identities.
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point during your use of the Platform.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
- Engaging in collusion with other players, including coordinating bets or sharing information in a manner that distorts game outcomes.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and subject to forfeiture.
- Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity through the Platform.

- Harassing, threatening, or abusing nunstar staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
- Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming, including commercial exploitation or resale of gaming services.
8 Responsible Gaming
nunstar is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gaming activity. nunstar recognizes that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and takes its duty of care to players seriously.

9 Intellectual Property
All content on the nunstar Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, user interface designs, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the exclusive property of nunstar or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the nunstar Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without nunstar's prior written consent.
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.

10 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nunstar, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the nunstar Platform.
nunstar does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. nunstar makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content on the Platform.
- nunstar's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your nunstar account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- nunstar is not liable for any losses arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications failures, or cyberattacks.
- You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. nunstar is not responsible for any financial losses you incur through gaming on the Platform.
Note: Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. In such cases, nunstar's liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
11 Privacy & Data
nunstar collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the nunstar Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
nunstar implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and nunstar cannot guarantee absolute data security.
- Your personal data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
- nunstar may share your data with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and payment processors as required by law or as necessary to operate the Platform.

12 Amendments

Your continued use of the nunstar Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request the closure of your account and the withdrawal of any remaining balance in accordance with the withdrawal procedures set out in Section 4.

13 Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such dispute.
nunstar operates in a manner consistent with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and other applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to limit nunstar's obligations under applicable Philippine law.
